Hey guys,
I'm drinking a bottle of Samuel Adams "Summer Ale".
It goes well with spicy hot wings!

UPS came through and I've got my X-Bocks 360 back. It looks like MS replaced the motherboard with the newer one. This is a good thing.

I ran it all day with no problems. I mostly played free demos that I downloaded through Microsoft LIVE. I'm so glad they have this service, I've already saved hundreds by not purchasing several crappy games after seeing the demos for them.
I've also gone and muted the headset chatter during LIVE games. I did this because 1) I don't have an X-Box headset, 2) I'd rather not talk to these people anyway, which leads us to 3) 99.9% of the banter on these devices are useless, mindless, and just plain bothersome. It was funny for about the first hour, and after that, forget it. 0_o;
Also: Isn't there a version of Halo (the first one) that's LIVE enabled?
Also Also: I'm feeling mostly better. These cold-like things have a nasty trend of trying to come back.

I'm sick. Sore throat, plugged up nose, headache, cold sweats. It started about two days ago, and hit me really hard Friday at work. I actually left early. (A rare thing for me).
I hate this.
But after some feverish sweaty sleeping Friday night, it appears to have broken the cold and hopefully I'll be better by Sunday with enough time to go see Wall-E or whatever that Pixar thing is called.
Also I suspect that UPS dropped off my 360 at the apartment office. I'll go up and check in a few hours.
I've been trying to play Star Wars: Rouge Squadron II on the Gamecube. While it looks awesome, damn it's hard to shoot down Tie fighters, LOL.

I'm going back to bed.
